Henne van Heeren (NL) runs his own company, EnablingM3, which offers consultancy and market research services in the field of MNT. Henne has a chemistry degree from Utrecht University. His career spans the successful transfer of the thin film magnetic heads technology from Philips Research to manufacturing and the production management of the wafer fab facility. As business development manager at OnstreamMST, he moved MST to the core business of the company.

Patric Salomon (D) runs his own consultancy company 4M2C PATRIC SALOMON GmbH, with a focus on all aspects of marketing and strategy support for the MNT dependant industry. 4M2C stands for Microtechnology, Media, Management, Marketing, Communication, and Consulting - describing the company´s main activities. Patric is the Vice-Chairman of NEXUS, the European Microsystems Association. He has an engineering degree in microelectronics. He was a project manager for microsystems consultancy and funding at VDI/VDE-IT, editor of mstnews, and launched German operations for MEMSCAP.

Dr. Lia Paschalidou (UK) is an independent market intelligence consultant, providing B2B market research and analysis services to the MNT and related industries. She holds a PhD in Electronics and an MBA from London University. Past responsibilities include management of the Quality Assurance department at GEC-Optical Fibres and consultancy and management positions in the market research business, focusing on the industrial and IT-related industries.

Dr. Ayman El-Fatatry (UK) is responsible for marketing, communication, publicity and business development for the Systems Engineering Innovation Centre, a venture between the BAE SYSTEMS Advanced Technology Centre and Loughborough University. Ayman holds a BSc from Loughborough and a PhD from Kent University. Ayman is a Board member of NEXUS, was prime co-ordinator of BRAMMS, a European project on military MST, and is involved in national and international MNT initiatives.
